Melissa A. Maricondo has nearly two decades of experience in project management, business development, and quality assurance, she has worked with some of the largest dealerships in NYC, including Empire Office and EvensonBest LLC. A graduate from the New York School of Interior Design, Melissa has vast experience as a interior designer and senior project manager.

Melissa and Jeff are a husband and wife team. The partnership of Melissa, an interior designer with office furniture sales and project management background and Jeff with his office furniture installation expertise was a no brainer for a great combo.

Melissa is also responsible for all day to day operations.

Jeffrey Maricondo began his career as a furniture installer in 1985 and quickly rose to work as a foreman and went on to run two other installation companies successfully before starting his own company, All-Star Furniture Installations in 2001. When it comes to business etiquettes, Jeff's clients value his honesty, integrity, ability to connect and the relationships he has nurtured with them the most. These values have helped Jeff successfully grow AFI for the last 18 years.
